We hope you like our products and that you make a good choice in terms of sizes. That\u2019s why we have placed clear size charts with our products on our website. We assume that you read these tables and the size information before ordering our products. Of course, a product may not meet expectations or you may have doubts about the right size for you. That is why we try to make the return process as easy as possible for you.<\/p>

Return conditions:<\/strong><\/p>

If a product does not meet expectations, you can return it to us within 14 days.
You can register a return and we will help you to make the return as easy as possible.<\/p>

However, we do ask that you meet the following conditions:<\/p>

  • The items are in original condition.<\/li>
  • The items are in the original packaging.<\/li>
  • The items must be unworn, smoke-free, odor-free, pet-free and undamaged.<\/li>
  • The items are provided with the original labels attached.<\/li>
  • Accessories come with all parts of the original packaging.

    Wich products can not be returned?<\/strong><\/p>

    For hygienic reasons, these products are excluded from our return service if the seal is broken:<\/p>

    • Swimwear<\/li>
    • Wetsuits<\/li>
    • Underwear<\/li>
    • Socks and tights

      The following products are also excluded from our return service:<\/p>

      • Customized or personalized products<\/li>
      • Items that are printed on-demand<\/li>
      • Gift certificates and cards

        Can i try on the clothing before returning them?<\/strong><\/p>

        Of course you can try on the received products. Make sure that you do not wear it and that you do not break the seal of hygiene-sensitive products. If we see damage or wear that shows that more than just assessing the product has happened, we will reduce the amount you get back by the depreciation that arises as a result. Also do not remove any labels attached to the product!\u00a0<\/p>

        What does returning product costs?<\/strong><\/p>

        Beyond the environmental impact of product returns,\u00a0 the costs for returning your order eventually will have to be calculated on future sales.\u00a0\u00a0Please read the size charts that are on the productpage, before ordering products. Together we can prevent the environment from being burdened unnecessarily.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

        Because we want to make it easy for you to return your products if they do not fully comply your expectations, we do not charge shipping costs on delivery or returns, for orders above 75 euros. <\/span>When due to returning part of an order, the total amount is less than 75 euros, the shipping costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. <\/span>When canceling a complete order or part of the order,\u00a0 only the returned products will be refunded.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

        When a product is returned due to a production error or delivery of a wrong product, we will of course reimburse the shipping costs unless you have chosen a more expensive delivery method for your return.<\/span><\/p>

        Productional errors<\/strong><\/p>

        All our clothes are thoroughly checked for possible production errors before they are sent to our customers. Have you discovered a production error in your clothing? Send an refund request below. After the audit we will send you an e-mail and ask for a clear photo of the defect. After we have assessed the photo, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. When you then return the garment to us, we will return a new or repaired product to you free of charge or, if desired, your full purchase price will be refunded.<\/p>

        Right of refusal<\/strong><\/p>

        We reserve the right to refuse returns or to refund only part of the amount paid if it is suspected that the items have been worn, they do not meet the return conditions or if the return period has expired. Unfortunately, you cannot invoke your right of withdrawal for custom-made or personalized orders and sales items. Unless it is a manufacturing defect, you cannot return these items to us. When these items have a manufacturing defect, you can return these items to us and repairs will be made.<\/p>

        So make sure you look carefully at the size charts when ordering and try to make the right choice right away. If you have any questions about a product, please don\u2019t hesitate to use our contact form before placing the order.<\/p>

        What will happen after i returned my order?<\/strong><\/p>

        As soon as your package is at our office, you will be informed about the return process. We will send you a message as soon as the returned package arrives at our office, when we handle the package and when you get your money back. When we receive your return, we will process it within 14 days at the latest.
