I’m wearing one of our early prototypes — a hoodie we designed specifically for kitesurfing.

Warm. Practical and Safe! Built for the water. 🪁🌊

And here’s the funny part: four years later, I’m still wearing this same prototype through the rough and cold Dutch winters.

We’ve tested it extensively on the water over the years, and it has definitely proven itself. But turning this prototype into a real Olamana product is a different story.

We’re still looking for the right suppliers and workshop to make it happen — especially partners who can provide high-quality, sustainable materials such as organic neoprene at a price that makes sense.

It’s taking longer than we hoped.

But the dream is still there.

Hopefully, one day we’ll find the right people to turn this 2022 prototype into something you can actually wear.

Some ideas take years.
That doesn’t mean you give up on them.
