At Olamana, we want your order to reach you safely and without unnecessary delays. Because we offer a combination of products that we keep in stock and products that are made to order, delivery times can vary slightly depending on the item you have purchased.
Alongside our own products that are kept in stock, Olamana works with carefully selected production partners who print or embroider T-shirts, hoodies and other products on demand.
This is not dropshipping, our prints are 100% designed and owned by Olamana. We deliberately choose not to maintain large inventories of clothing in warehouses. By producing many of our products only when they are ordered, we can offer a wider range of designs, colours and products while avoiding unnecessary overstock, waste and the need for large storage facilities.
Once you place an order, the fulfilment process is automatically initiated. Our production partners will generally produce and dispatch made-to-order items within 2 business days. After dispatch, the parcel is handed over to the relevant courier. Delivery will then usually take a few more days, depending on the destination and the courier service.
As a general guideline, most clothing items arrive within approximately 7 days from the time the order is placed, although delivery can occasionally take a little longer.
In most cases, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code once your order has been handed over to the courier.
Please note that a tracking code may not work immediately after you receive it. This normally means that the parcel has been prepared and the shipping information has been registered, but the courier has not yet physically collected or scanned the parcel. Once the courier has collected and scanned your package, the Track & Trace information will become active and you will be able to follow your shipment.
So, if you have just received your tracking information and the code does not work yet, there is usually no reason to worry. Please check again a little later or the following day.
If there is a problem with the delivery of your order, you can contact the courier directly using the tracking information provided to you. You can also contact us and we will be happy to look into the situation with you.
When contacting Olamana about a delivery issue, please include:
Your order number
Het item or items concerned
A clear description of what has gone wrong
Any relevant information shown in the Track & Trace information
This will allow us to investigate the situation as quickly as possible and, where necessary, work together with you and the delivery partner to find an appropriate solution.
We appreciate your patience and understanding when ordering made-to-order products. This fulfilment approach allows us to offer more products while keeping unnecessary stock, waste and storage to a minimum.
