The ocean is more than a place to escape to. It is a source of energy, freedom and inspiration. Whether it’s surfing, kitesurfing, swimming or simply enjoying the coastline, we at Olamana believe the connection we share with the ocean comes with a responsibility to protect it.
That’s why we’re introducing the Turtle Adoption T-Shirt for women and the Turtle Adoption Tee for men. A special edition created for ocean lovers who want to wear their passion and support a meaningful cause at the same time.
With every 10 Turtle Adoption T-Shirts sold, Olamana will symbolically adopt one sea turtle through ARCHELON, the Sea Turtle Protection Society of Greece.
This means your purchase contributes to a cause that goes beyond fashion. Together, we can help support the care and recovery of sea turtles while raising awareness of the importance of protecting marine life.
And this is just the beginning. We’ll share our adoption journey on our social media channels and give our adopted turtle a name, so you can follow along as our little ocean-inspired initiative grows.
Our special edition supports ARCHELON, a Greek non-profit organisation dedicated to the protection of sea turtles and their habitats.
Since 1983, ARCHELON has worked to conserve sea turtles in Greece through activities including the monitoring and protection of nesting beaches, public awareness and environmental education, and the rescue and rehabilitation of injured or sick sea turtles.
Its Sea Turtle Rescue Centre in Glyfada, near Athens, provides specialised care for turtles that need help recovering before they can return to their natural environment.
Greece is an important home for loggerhead sea turtles, and the island of Crete is among the places where these remarkable animals nest. As a brand with a special connection to the island and its coastal lifestyle, supporting sea turtle conservation feels like a natural extension of what Olamana stands for.
By supporting ARCHELON, we want to help contribute to the protection of these incredible animals and the marine environment we all love.
